Q. How long does it take to receive my proof?
A. Under normal circumstances, proofs are posted or sent via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Q. How long will it take to receive my banner after I approve the proof?
A. Banners go into production immediately after you approve your proof and are sent out the next business day via Federal Express Priority Overnight Shipping. The normal turnaround time is only two business days.
Q. Do you offer rush service?
A. Yes, we offer one-day rush service with a 100% premium on the banner and shipping. Please specify in the notes section of your order that you require rush service.
Q. Can I make revisions to my banner before I approve the proof?
A. Yes. The first two revisions are done at no charge. Any additional revisions after the first two are billed at $35.00 per revision.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. As all banners are custom-made to your specifications, as you approve a proof, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the issue leading up to your return/refund request is our fault. For example, if you entered your name as Smith in the banner ordering system and the banner was printed with the name Smyth, we will remake your banner at no charge.
Q. What resolution do my images need to be when I upload them?
A. All images, including logos, need to be a minimum of 300 dpi.
Q. Can I use a photograph taken by a professional photographer for my banner?
A. Photographs taken by professional photographers are copyrighted by that photographer. You will need to email us a copyright release in order to use an image taken by a professional photographer. You should send your release to: release@bannerkingusa.com.
